INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual Therapy at CREATE provides personalized, evidence-based psychotherapy tailored to the unique needs of each person. Licensed clinicians work one-on-one with our patients to assess emotional and behavioral concerns, build coping skills, and support meaningful change. Therapy addresses issues such as stress, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, family conflict, and other life challenges using culturally and linguistically responsive care. Clients collaborate with their therapist to explore patterns of thought and behavior, set goals, and develop strategies that promote resilience and psychological well-being. Sessions are delivered in a confidential, safe setting designed to foster trust, self-discovery, and sustained personal growth.
GROUP THERAPY
Treatment groups to address anxiety, stress management, life changes, and grief. Leaning on the strength of peer support while facilitated by licensed professionals.
Great option for individuals wanting clinical interventions with the added benefit of peer support. A good option for individuals with mild to moderate symptoms/concerns or that have previously received individual therapy or are receiving individual therapy concurrently.
FORENSIC EVALUATIONS FOR IMMIGRATION
Forensic evaluations for immigration are useful for cases like extreme hardship waivers, asylum, spousal abuse (VAWA), U visa, and T visa. These evaluations aim to document the emotional impact and potential trauma of specific experiences, helping in immigration processes and eligibility assessments.
In the Forensic Evaluation process we explore the circumstances that led to your departure from your home country. We document your account and assess how these events have affected your emotional and psychological well-being.
